Our Background
The founder of Miami Tutoring Center, Graciela Mallett, has been in the tutoring business since 2013. In 2021, she graduated with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Supervision and Management with a Concentration in Human Resource. In addition, she also holds an Associate degree in Exceptional Student Studies which led to her love of working with children with special needs. Over the last 9 years she has been
working for Miami Dade County Public Schools and has acquired a vast array of experience with children including special education students. Miami Tutoring Center (MTC) was created to include all students and to show them just how important each one of them are. Miami Tutoring Center also aims to showcase its new and innovative tutoring style through virtual tutoring for students of all grade levels. Graciela, known as Ms.Gracy, wanted a tutoring service that would provide easy access for parents and great instruction for students, but most importantly to show each student that they are capable of doing whatever they set their minds to as long as they believe that they can do it! In order for our staff and students to fully enjoy the holidays and vacation time we will be closed the following days:

SAT and ACT TUTORING CLASSES
If you are trying to achieve the best SAT or ACT score that you can then contact us today to set up a one-on-one virtual SAT or ACT class!
EACH VIRTUAL CLASS WILL BE CATERED DIRECTLY TO THE STUDENT TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE THE BEST POSSIBLE SAT SCORE. STUDENTS WILL TAKE PRACTICE EXAMS AND RECEIVE STEP BY STEP GUIDANCE ON ALL QUESTIONS TO DEVELOP THE STRATEGY AND SKILLS NEEDED IN ORDER TO TAKE THE SAT.

MIAMI TUTORING CENTER'S NEW "DONATE A SESSION" PROGRAM OFFERS TUTORING SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS WHO OTHERWISE COULD NOT AFFORD A TUTORING SESSION. EACH SESSION WILL BE ONE HOUR LONG AND THE DONATIONS WILL GO TOWARDS COVERING THE COST OF THE INSTRUCTION TIME, MATERIALS, AND FEES FOR THAT SESSION. AT MIAMI TUTORING CENTER, WE NEVER WANT TO TURN A CHILD AWAY FROM RECEIVING ASSISTANCE FOR THEIR EDUCATIONAL NEEDS. LAST YEAR, WE HAD A LOT OF STUDENTS WHO DESPERATELY NEEDED TUTORING AND WE HELPED AS MANY STUDENTS AS WE COULD, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, IT TAKES A FINANCIAL TOLL ON US AS WELL. THROUGH THESE DONATIONS, WE WOULD BE ABLE TO OFFER TUTORING SCHOLARSHIPS TO THESE STUDENTS SO THAT THEY CAN CONTINUE TO LEARN AND THRIVE. DONATIONS OF ANY AMOUNT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

FAQ
COMPANY POLICIES
All tutoring session payments are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to the class time in order to receive full access to the tutoring class.
WHEN DO I GET THE LINK TO THE ZOOM SESSION
The ID number and Password for the tutoring session that will be conducted through zoom will be emailed after booking the class online.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SWITCH MY SESSION TIME
If you have already paid for a tutoring session and would like to switch to book another time, please contact us by email Gracy@MiamiTutoringCenter.com or by phone (786) 385-1901.
CONDUCT AND EXPECTATIONS
All students are expected to behave appropriately during the tutoring sessions and be respectful of the tutor and other students. If students fail to meet these criteria then they will be removed from the tutoring session. Students are also expected to log in on time to each session. The session will be canceled after 15 minutes if student does not log in. (If you have any issues logging on or if the zoom link is not working, please contact us immediately.)
